Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
This includes your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, not fit for their normal purpose, or where we have supplied the wrong item.
In addition to your statutory rights, DigiFunk offers a voluntary 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee.
The 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee runs from the date your DigiFunk radio is delivered.
During this period, you may use and evaluate the radio in real-world conditions. If, for any reason, you decide it is not right for you, subject to the exclusions for deliberate damage, misuse or incomplete returns set out below, please contact us at support@digifunk.co.uk and let us know that you would like to return it.
For the 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee, “full refund” means the price paid for the DigiFunk radio. Where the return is made within your statutory 14-day cancellation period, we will also refund the standard delivery charge where required by law.
This guarantee is designed to allow you to use the radio as intended, including normal worksite and everyday use throughout the 60 days. We will not reduce your refund simply because the radio has been used in accordance with its intended purpose.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product under the 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee, unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise required to be returned at our expense under your statutory rights.
No restocking or administration charges will be applied.
We will issue your refund within 2 working days of receiving the returned product. Your payment provider may take longer to show the funds in your account.
You have the legal right to cancel your order, or any part of your order, before delivery or within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If your order is delivered in multiple parcels, the 14-day cancellation period runs from the day after you receive the final parcel.
To cancel your order or request a return, please email support@digifunk.co.uk with your order details and the items you wish to return. This is the quickest and easiest way for us to process your cancellation.
You do not need to complete a formal cancellation form. You may cancel by making any clear statement to us that you wish to cancel your order.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the most suitable return process based on your circumstances. This may depend on whether the goods are being returned under your statutory cancellation rights, under our 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee, because they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or for another reason.
Where you are exercising your statutory cancellation rights, your cancellation takes effect from the date you send us your clear cancellation request, even if we later ask for additional information to help process the return.
You do not need to provide a reason when exercising your statutory cancellation rights. However, we may ask for photographs or product information where this is reasonably required to assess the return or advise you on the next steps.
After notifying us that you wish to return your goods under your statutory cancellation rights, you must return them within 14 days.
For non-faulty returns, including returns under our 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have supplied the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
We will refund the price paid for returned goods in accordance with your statutory rights or our 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee, as applicable.
Where required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will also refund the standard delivery charge paid on the original order. If you selected a premium delivery option, we will refund only the cost of our standard delivery service.
For returns made under your statutory cancellation rights, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
For returns made under our 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee, we will issue your refund within 2 working days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless we agree otherwise.
Your payment provider may take longer to show the funds in your account.
Our 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee is intended to allow customers to use the DigiFunk radio exactly as it was designed to be used.
It does not cover deliberate damage, misuse, neglect, abuse, unauthorised repairs, unauthorised modifications, or returns where significant accessories or components are missing.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
Where a product has been intentionally damaged, modified beyond normal use, or returned incomplete, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund or refuse the voluntary 60 Day No Quibble Return Guarantee where the returned product has no reasonable resale or repair value.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you contact us before purchase and tell us how you intend to use the radio, and we advise you that it is not suitable for that purpose, you should not proceed with the purchase for that intended use.
Where we have clearly advised before purchase that the product is unsuitable for your stated intended use, you will not be able to claim that it is faulty, not fit for purpose, or mis-sold simply because it is unsuitable for that same use.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, supplied incorrectly, or where you otherwise have a statutory right to a remedy.
If you refuse delivery because you no longer require the goods, we may treat this as a cancellation request.
In these circumstances, we may deduct the reasonable cost of the return carriage from your refund where this is a direct return cost and where we have given you the required return cost information before purchase.
If you ask us to arrange collection for goods that are not faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we may deduct the reasonable collection cost from your refund, provided we have told you the cost in advance and you have agreed to it.
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours, to ensure all items are present, correct and undamaged.
If anything is missing, incorrect, damaged or not as described, please contact support@digifunk.co.uk with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the packaging, delivery label, contents and any damaged items.
Prompt notification helps us investigate courier damage, packing errors and missing items as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you believe your DigiFunk radio has developed a fault during the warranty period, please contact us before returning it. Many issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting, avoiding the need to return the product.
Where a return is required, we may ask you to provide photographs, videos or further information to help diagnose the issue.
If your warranty claim is accepted and we require the product to be returned for inspection, DigiFunk will reimburse reasonable standard return postage where proof of postage cost is provided.
Where a fault is confirmed and covered by the warranty, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same model or an equivalent product of similar specification and condition, or provide an appropriate refund where a repair or replacement is not available.
Warranty remedies are provided in addition to your statutory rights and do not replace them. If you are entitled to reject the goods, request a repair or replacement, receive a price reduction, or receive a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, those rights remain unaffected.
