How to Enter

It could not be simpler. Subscribe to our mailing list and you are automatically entered into the prize draw every month. Enter once and you stay in the draw. No extra steps. No repeated sign ups. Winners will be drawn on the last day of each month and notified via email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion
The promoter of this competition is DigiFunk, a brand operated by Vortic Industries Ltd.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged eighteen or over.
Employees of Vortic Industries Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must subscribe to the DigiFunk mailing list using the form provided.
Each subscriber is entered into the monthly draw automatically.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple email addresses used by the same individual may be disqualified.
4. Prize
The monthly prize is one hundred pounds of winter gear or an equivalent value item selected by DigiFunk.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products unless stated.
The prize may change each month and will be updated on promotional materials and the landing page.
5. Draw and winner selection
A winner will be selected at random from all eligible subscribers on the last day of each month.
The winner will be contacted by email within seven days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within seven days, DigiFunk reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Use of data
By entering the competition, participants agree that their email address may be used for DigiFunk
marketing communications.
Participants can unsubscribe at any time through the link in our emails.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Publicity
DigiFunk may ask the winner for permission to share their name or a short testimonial for promotional purposes,
but permission is not mandatory for claiming the prize.
8. General conditions
DigiFunk reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances require it.
DigiFunk accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
